This store/corporation is the worst company in my years of being on this earth that I have ever dealt with. Their "Company Policies" are not geared to making the customer happy but geared to their bottom line.
They cheat you on returns, they have *** and untrained and unknowledgeable sales/management people in their stores who don't give a tinkers *** about you the consumer.
Remember all of Jo-Ann Fabrics discount coupons they put out to lure you in can be used in most other craft like stores

Employees are given a small amount of training and the rest is learned on the floor. Also, there is not enough training given on how to handle a customer who is mad at the world and decide to take it out on the employee. |
