Joann Fabric store advertises 40% off AND 2 for the price of one. In reality, they give you the choice of one or the other. Period.
I was not the only person cheated by Joann Fabric Store. There was another customer in line who was also cheated.
I wrote corporate and they said it's not so and offered to make it right but they never followed up.
In other words, they didn't make it right.
