I purchased floral foam that said for natural flowers. The foam blocks would not absorb water and the fresh flower stems just broke while trying to insert in the form. Joanne Fabrics would not accept a return even with receipt after six days. As I have no use for this product and the remaining five foam blocks, I wanted my money back. It was specifically advertised for Natural flowers. I will never go there again, as there are too many other stores that have better customer service. Calling their customer service department was a joke. I spoke with Ben who did not even know what product I was talking about. 12927ce
