I signed up for the Sewing class. On 4/5/08 The day before my class i went to Joanne to get my supplies. The associate were horrible. I needed help to find my supplies. The associate did not help me and said my instructor will shop with the students when the class started, it is not their job, i should call my insturtor to get my supplies. Then she went in the office and got another lady out.
Then there was a lady stood in front of me. She didn
t say "Hi, how may i help you". She was silence stood in front of me. I thought she was my instructor. Then the associated said she is the floor manager. I started explainned to her. She started yelling at me said "what you need??".. i told her my situation and also i asked her "is the instructor going to shop with the student"? She didn't answer me, and then she said " So, What is your problem, what do you need on the list. I was so upset. I said. That is fine, i don't need your help. She throw the pen and note pad back to hands. It hurt my hands. I asked her name and she said, you don't need to know my name. Her name is Rene Klimasewski.
Then i called my husband. While i was telling him what happened. Rene came and picked on me. She said, "are you talking about me". I just can't believe it.
4/6/08When i went to my class with no supplies. My instructor told me i should get my supplies before class. The instructor would not shop with the students. The class was only two hours". I wasted an hour to shop and get my supplies/. Then i couldn't finish my project?.
4/8 I called Jaonne Frabics Corporate office to file a complaints;. The district manager Shirley Yong supposed to call me back?. As of today 4/11, i haven't heard anything from her?.
I have never had anyone treat me like that in the store.. It was horrible?. The manager throw me back the pen and my note pad. 1292802
