| 2. Written by Munchichic on February 21, 2008 from virginia beach, virginia, US One option you ALWAYS have is to write a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). While they don't actually take sides or force the company to comply, they do take all complaints seriously and keep a log of them against the company and also record the company's action (or lack thereof) in response to said complaint for everyone to view. Therefore, it's in the company's best interest to review the complaint and take some sort of action. Your credit card company should also have some sort of policy regarding ordered merchandise not received and should be able to help you dispute the charge or get a refund from the company. I would call the number on the back of your credit card for assistance with that route. Since you've already tried to contact the company (who acknowledges your contact) but they refuse to respond, this only helps justify your claim. I wish you the best of luck! |
